Your Tasks

  • Steuerung komplexer Softwareentwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Auslieferung
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung teamübergreifender Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Priorisierung von Anforderungen und effiziente Ressourcensteuerung
  • Risikoanalyse und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von Entwicklungsstandards und Projektmethodik
  • Transparente Kommunikation des Projektstatus gegenüber Stakeholdern und Management

Your Profile

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Software- oder Produktentwicklungsumfeld
  • Fundiertes Know-how in agilen und klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Tiefes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und deren Dynamik
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im mittelständischen Umfeld von Vorteil
